Details:

Heavy duty waterproof connector kit with in line fuse and 12v 1250ma battery charger is used for people modifying there Power wheels to incorporate an aftermarket battery with f2 terminals. Red wire is positive, black wire is negative on this harness for harness installation to battery refer to example illustration. I am happy to help.

Full red is complete charge. Fuse holder take ACT blade fuse wire size between 10awg and 12awg harness may or may not have stripped insulation off vehicle side harness. Battery or quad does not come with harness and charger setup.

Install harness to batteries before connecting to vehicle. Do not plug charger into vehicle side harness and operate the vehicle. To charge battery simply disconnect vehicle side harness and insert battery charger plug into battery plug harness. This connector kit eliminates the consumer from having to by branded toy batteries and gives the option of buying a cheaper solution.

This harness is equipped with a much needed safety of a fuse to protect the Power wheels from drawing to much amperage that could cause electrical damage and or even a fire fuses not included. Just send me a message through messages. It is highly recommended to secure batteries from any movement.

I have supplied a picture that illustrates how I have connected this harness to my kids red Kawasaki KFC ATV as an example only. Do not exceed 40amp fuse on this harness. Wire color and protective shrink wrap may vary.

Install with no fuse inserted into harness and only insert fuse when full installation is 100 complete and a safety check of all electrical has been completed. To install simply cut toy manufactures connector off, and splice together ends of harness side without fuse to the pre existing wires from the original connector with butt connectors or wire nuts also matching polarity optional connectors other than the 1/4 quick disconnect are available that hook up to battery such as ring terminals for no extra charge. Fuse assembly and quick disconnects are soldered onto wire for extra strength.
